Crisis Communication: The Lancets retraction of Dr. Wakefield’s findings on the MMR vaccine and the link to autism

For our Business of Communication class we presented how companies should respond to crisis. We found companies should follow Tylenol’s example in their 1982 crisis, which could create a ‘Halo affect,” and try to avoid BP’s 2010 Gulf Coast oil spill.
