Union of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq warn Indian Day school settlements may be targets for scammers

The Union of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq is warning Unama’ki residents that predatory scammers are targeting Indian day school survivors and their settlements.

“We’re just making sure people are aware of this and not to give any information out,” said Debra Ginnish, the Indian day school co-ordinator with the wellness team at the union. Full story here.
